Look up raptors in Wickipedia, maybe? Or the dictionary? They will give examples. I believe all meat eating birds would be raptors.
Eagles (fish, mainly)
Hawks
Owls
Vultures (scavengers)
I'm sure there are many fishing birds / seabirds.... you might clarify "if fish is meat."
There yu go: I've given a link to Wikipedia's Birds of Prey

Pretty much all birds eat meat at one time or another, especially during the winter months when they need protein. There are far too many birds that eat meat to list them all here... the most obvious ones are "Birds of Prey" which hunt and kill small mammals, reptiles, birds etc
Such as the Bald Eagle, Golden Eagle, Northern Harrier, American Kestrel, Peregrine Falcon, Merlin, Sharp-shinned hawk, Prairie Falcon, Northern Goshawk, Northern Hawk Owl, Great Grey Owl, Great Horned Owl, Boreal Owl, Snowy Owl, Barn Owl.
There are other birds which also eat meat although they dont always hunt for it... Raven, Crow, Gray Jay, Blue Jay, Chickadee, Hairy Woodpecker, Downy Woodpecker, Pileated Woodpecker, Red-breasted Nuthatch, White-Breasted Nuthatch, and most if not all songbirds will eat meat if it is available to them.
Other birds such as the Caspian Tern, Osprey, Herring Gulls, Belted Kingfisher etc eat alot of fish and crustaceans.
Still other birds hunt insects for their prey such as Barn Swallows, Common Nighthawks, Eastern Kingbirds, Great Crested Flycatcher, Vermillion Flycatcher etc
Still more birds eat aquatic creatures, and invertebrates like worms such as the American Robin, Woodcock, Great Blue Heron, American Bittern,
Then you have diving birds that eat all sorts of fish and aquatic life like the Common Loon, Double-Crested Cormorant, Hooded Merganser, Anhinga, Red-Necked Grebe.. etc
There are literally thousands of birds that can be said to eat meat, whether it be mammal, reptile, amphibian, crustacean, invertebrate, bird or insect. I have mentioned just a few here but I hpoe it helps you and your brother out! If you want to find more information on different species of bird that I have listed just go to the following site and choose the name of the bird from the drop down list... http://www.birds.cornell.edu/AllAboutBirds/BirdGuide/

Yes, if you count fish, snakes, lizards and crawfish as meat then add herons, egrets and cormerants plus others. Kingfishers eat fish and shrikes eat lizards plus lots of other creatures.
