Who in their right mind would call the kid KINGSTON in the first place. If he had received a decent name in the first place you wouldn't be here asking that question! Call him Fred, Scrooge, Habib, anything would be better than Kingston!

A cool nickname would be "Stone" (from the end of "Kingston").

i'd go with something totally far off from what his name is, like Jake or Stu just because...

Like, hey my name is Kingston but you can call me Jake / Stu for short
