If you win a prize, they owe you... never give any personal stuff out like: bank account info, credit card numbers, social security numbers. You should never need to pay for any prize, if they've asked for credit card numbers IT'S A Scam!
Google the company name, then check it out on BBB.com (better business bureau), odds are... it's a scam, not fun.

Good grief. Any legitimate lotto is not going to ask for a credit card number. If you won, why do they need a credit card number? They should just send a check. A postal address means nothing. They could put anybodys address on there. Anytime somebodys tells you that you won something and they ask for personal info, that should send a red flad that it is a scam.

Any site that asks for personal information, such as credit card number, is a SCAM. Legetimate companies which run such large prize giveaway will contact the winner through lawers and will ask for the person to present themselves IN PERSON to a branch or to the main office.
NEVER give out your personal information - they will win the prize (your money) not the other way around.

If you won the Price - why to give credit card number. They can deduct the charges / taxes if any and send the net amount to you. Don't get into such traps - highly risky.
