I was engaged to that man, 2 years ago, we booked the church and everything was fine. He said he wanted a child, too, so I was then pregnant. Well, two days before the even he ran off with some foreign woman, an immigrant. Apparently he was seeing her on the sly, and she gave him several STDs at once, and then promised to cure him without going to the US doctors - she was to bring some pills from her country, as she was a doctor there and got them clandestinely. (She ws seeing five other men at once at that time).
I, luckily, got none.
I cried first, then tried to forget.
When recently I found out that they got married and that the STD
woman was not idle - all this time she was diligently sending out
false complaints about me to the police, FBI and even Interpol for
some reason.

She complained that I called her (do not even know the number), e-mailed her (I do not know her e-mail!) with insults, that a
year and a half ago I bought furniture on-line, using the ex credit card, and send that furniture to their address, adding a card with my name (!!!!), that she is constantly receiving advertising in her mail, and
that I made advertisers to send it to her, things like this.
Plus the ex has yet another child from the previous marriage, and she taught that child to call me names, abuse me, and says things like: "Today I was unlucky, because she (me) brought me bad luck. When I returned from the bar, I dropped off the stairs" (not because she drank too much).
She does not work, he bought a new house for them, a very good one,
and she stays in watching soap operas all the day long.
Now, my question is: should I proceed with her, legally, and file my complain about her lies, or should I ignore it?

Apparently no action
was taken, for her complaints are so ridiculous and false (wouldn't it
be easy to track, say, phone calls, and she was never able to produce
any of the "bad e-mails").
And it was she who bought the furniture on-line, she just then added to the order a card which she signed with my name.

I think you should still press charges against her. If you ignore it she going to keep doing it & at some time the charge that she has made will stick. What will happen with your child when she manages to get you into trouble. You don't want that to happen, so stop it before it does. Thank God you didn't get STD from them.

wow that sounds like a horrible situation....i would say get tested and make sure you have NO stds...then forget it, if you haven't done anything and all of this came up just imagine what would happen if you started something now....just forget it and be the mother your child need....drama is no good for anyone especially if its unneccasary

well if nothing happened, then just let her waste her energy on useless efforts to complain about you. that's what people doing nothing do to keep them busy. don't go down to her level if possible.

but you might want to do something about that thing she bought where she used your name to make a purchase. that is clearly falsification of public documents. or impersonation. and you might get into trouble if she doesn't stop.
