My two boys, when i was 39 my 4year old and 6 year old had to take care of me because i got a rare pneumonia and i lost my job and when i was in the hospital my x husband decided it was party time . I ended up on the respirator and my husband ended up on drugs so my kids went to grampys and granny grunts and i stayed in the hospital for 3 months. The boys were brave they are now 13 and 11 the 11 year old has asberger autism and the 13 year old has the responsibility to take care of us when we are both sick. I am disabled now and on oxygen and my boys have never got to play ball or have a normal life as they new it. I lost my job they lost there dad we lost our house and our security and we have each other . So my true hero's on earth is CODY AND CALEB AND GOD THE FATHER WHO LOOKS OVER US ALL THE TIME.

I'm my own hero because I've been through a lot in my life (really) and have made it through, while helping others along the way.

Tupac Shakur, cuz he lived like crap just like me and he made something out of himself. He gave me hope when i was younger. When you live in Poverty you will know what im talking about when i say my options were very limited on what i could do with my life. He became a father figure for me. sad right lol. I learned how to deal with struggle through his music.

"Dust Off" chopper pilots (air ambulance) in the viet nam war, they went into hot LZ's without being escorted or heavily armed to pick up the wounded, BIG RISK ! they always went ! they never said "NO" often flying over 150 hrs a week, they were supposed to be grounded after 80 hrs of flight time, they lied on their flight reports to continue their missions.

My father.

He was there when I needed him. He has always loved and cared for his family. He gave us hope and support when times were tough. We shared happy times, sad times, and good times. He has since passed away, but I will always look up to him. He is, my hero.

I would have to say my nephew. When he was born i stopped drinking, smoking, and just doing stupid stuff with friends. He made me slow down and stop taking life for granted.
