It was mentioned in an answer to my last question that there are plans afoot to put any person caught doing so to be put on the Sex Offenders Register. Is this right? I hope so and thanks for your help. I want to use my washing line again!!!..x

Have you considered booby trapping your underwear? Or the pegs you use to hang them? Think razor blades, fishing line, let your imagination go and see if you can just catch this weirdo.

In response to your question, no they could not be put on the non-existent Sex Offender's Register. They wouldn't be put on the existing Sex Offender's Registry either. But if you report them to the police, they will likely have to buy you a new pair of panties and offer you an apology.

Well, what will it look like if you go to court complaining about your underwear being stolen by weirdos, but someone happens to mention that you collect pictures of rear ends? Can you appear credible?

(Now the one with the two hemispheres of the world is interesting. Is that a political statement? Did you have any trouble deciding which part of the world to put in the lower middle?)

interior the olden pioneer days they might have enjoyed their socks dearly, i'm effective. every time I come for the time of a unmarried sock of my husband's or son's interior the grimy laundry I wash it after which it is going right into a undeniable bag in basic terms for weird and wonderful socks, talked approximately as the weird and wonderful Sock Bag. that's then hidden away interior the back of the laundry cabinet. sometime later, perhaps each week or 2 or maybe 6 weeks, often times even 6 months they (the 'boys') locate their different weird and wonderful sock on the backside of their activities bag or interior the substitute rooms at artwork or someplace else. I then pair it with it is significant different from the weird and wonderful Sock Bag. that's usually the lads who lose their socks, on no account my daughter or I.

The offenders abound unfortunately...
hang them over a chair indoors to dry... and if you need more go to the store and purchase some more... if the problem persist get a dog and train him to eat the offender and not the garment...

dont take your underwear to the wash room then; wash them seperately in you bathroom and spread them there.
also, if that is you in the picture, then you already like giving things that should be in hiding to the world.
my point: sit down, think of what you may be doing to encourage this, and make necessary changes.

putting that on a sex offender register is insane, and irresponsible.

who cares if someone steals your panties, those lists are meant to prevent serious crimes to children, not keep track of your laundry.
