changing internet supplier?

i want to change my internet supplier and phone supplier i am with bt but costs around £90 per month that is phone bill and broadband, any other good suppliers that are cheaper in price but still high speed broadband

Go with Sky, they offer a phone, broadband and tv package for £27 a month. I think this is a bargain. I'm with NTL and they recently upgraded our internet from 1 to 2Mbps. The package is cheap and Virgin are taking over so expect NTL to get better. Phoning with NTL is dead cheap and seems almost free half the time, its cable as well so you can split the cable up and have as many modems running as you like although they probably wont like that.

I think the answer nickw gave is incorrect. I have the cheapest BT package. Its £11 line £1799 for Broadband + your calls. Iwould be curious as to the replys you get because Im also interested in changing my ISP

I elected to change from BT to AOL 18 months ago and it was an unmitigated disaster. Nothing worked properly, AOL's "service" was appalling and in the end I switched back to BT. The whole affair cost me around £200 and AOL adamantly refused to compensate me or really take my problem seriously.

I have 10 meg from ntl about 35 pounds a month i can't say i would recomend them though the service leaves alot to be desired and good luck actualy contacting them

Don't go with NTL the customer sevice is appauling. you must use the phone a lot because the most expensive bt package is £24 a month with cheap calls thrown in

you like the MAC code to alter, I truthfully have performed this so ask BT for it and supply that to new people. have you ever arranged with BT that your centers are going to AOL, you're able to tell them what precisely the recent agency is taking on, telephone line condominium, broadband and so on. do no longer leave something out by way of fact they are going to screw you over for each penny. communicate it over with AOL what it extremely is they are offering, by way of fact like me i'll hire my telephone line from new agency yet i'm not sure all ISPs try this.

no do get NTL i have had it for years now, about 6? and i have had no problems with it they come out str8 away to fit the modem for u and dont take long, plus its cheap

Im with AOL but my phoneline is BT
and im not happy with them (aol)
they also have very bad customer service
