I certainly don't think so.
Trailers are for promotional purposes anyway, and Y!answers is full of stuff people didn't think of themselves but instead ripped from somewhere. If all non-original works were pulled, you'd lose a great deal of useful content.
Quotes are also often used and even asked for and as far as I know, these quotes are not in violation with any copyrights or whatever since they're not used for commercial gain in whatsoever way. If that would be punishable in some way, writing crituques would also be, and perhaps even talking about a show or movie would be. So no, I think it's fine the way it is.

yes if it is considered offensive. No matter who says it or why offensive language should be removed.
