I mean i'm black myself and many people that i've come across say that i'm the quietest polite black person they have met. Then they ask why i'm so quiet?

Some people Say this, whilst others do not. Many think that black people are loud because of what they may see on the bus, or because of how other black people portray themselves. There is one person i know that is very loud indeed, and you know her voice so well that you can hear it at the end of my road. When i was in secondary school i was loud, but not that loud, i mean there was a bunch of girls who would cause riot on the bus, and so most of the people, thought that all black kids, were like this, and it is because most if them are. I think that many black kids don't know is that once one black person is loud, the rest may do the same to show that they are just as good as them, and that they can be loud. Like i said before i am a loud person, but that is who i am, and it is what makes up my personality. Those who are loud, are loud because they are either trying to impress their Friends, are trying to attract attention to themselves or are either just trying to be cool, and popular. But for my answer to you, i must say when black children come on the bus and they are loud, some of the black adults start talking loud on the bus just to Say how rude they are. Your a quiet person, if people ask why you are quiet, just tell them its who you are, and that you not like the other people around you. Be your self and be proud.

I have never been to the US, but lived in UK, South Africa (under Apartheid), Singapore and Hong Kong. I have also travelled extensively.
The Black people I have met have ranged from servants who lived on the township, to Business professionals in HK.
The ones I see regularly now play football (soccer) in the park with the local Chinese. They appear normal and boisterous (different though from how people here normally act - and that's good). I know that statistically 1/3 of these footballers will exist on the margins of society, 1/3 will be musicians in the nearby downtown, and the other 1/3 will be normal wage-slaves. Based on the position of the park their Chinese team-mates and opponents will have similar backgrounds, though the 1/3 of musicians will change to retirees and unemployed.
There are also a few Black people down my local, but we generally argue about Liverpool FC over a beer, so I guess that doesn't count.

So I can excluded from the discussion, having lived in many countries outside the US and never met a loud, impolite Black ghetto dweller.

Human judgement is based on education and experience. The lies of the Politically Correct leave experience as the only reliable guide.

I see black people stereotyping whites all of the time as rednecks and hillbillies. Before you complain about others, some black people need to take a good look in the mirror. Whites are not the only ones who are racist, even though society paints it that way.

Extroversion is shaped by environmental factors, childhood, certain personality types or psychological disorders, not race.

People who stereotype are just lazy.
