I know for sure that Meg is the oldest at 16 years old and Chris is 14. Peter is 42 and Lois is 40 and Stewie is 1 and Brian is 7. Besides meg goes to james woods HIGH SCHOOL and chris goes to buddy cianci JUNIOR HIGH

Meg is the eldest child. In The Episode about the "frog licking" Meg is in a High school. Chris makes a point of saying "why doesn't dad ever come to my school.." Hish School is a Junior High. Chris is 13 and meg must be 15 do to the fact that she can't yet drive, and she mentions that in episodes....
