It is said that men are supposed to be patriarchal, and authoritative, and that women are supposed to be more nuturing, but is this always the case?...i have worked for women/men boss's before and i would prefer to work for a male boss any day women can be the boss to work for what are your views on this?

the best boss/manager is one who recognizes the importance of their staff,,,, the worst is the one who doesnt,,,,,,, most businesses do not run on the bosses input alone, but require dedicated , well trained,,, loyal, underlings. i have worked for /under, both men and women, have seen good and bad , regardless of gender,,,, as a female, i have had less female bosses make passes at me, then male bosses,,,,,
