The first positive attitude that you should have, results from the innate understanding that "Women are to behold!" Women can be anything they choose, on any social, financial, spiritual, or intellectual level. They are truly divine creatures, females, no matter what species. Anyone that has a mom know this.
AVOID being "The Victim" That will ruin a person, and take away any power to be anything else.
FOR a man, I feel that our society should more nurture their sensitive nature and men feel blessed for it. I feel like I have discovered a Treasure if I communicate with a man that outwardly shows sensitivity.
Negatively for men, I feel men should, at all costs, avoid developing the attitude that if someone or something doesn't agree with them they should eliminate it. Throughout history, this has happened. With man being the physically stronger sex, for them to want to hide their "fear of what they don't understand" means getting rid of it and remain thinking and acting in "Traditional Manhood" characteristics. Tragic. Think how far the human race could have evolved by now had this not been the case. Try to understand that, that even scares you.

You are a beloved creation of God and therefore you are already cherished and valued by the most powerful being in the universe.
Therefore the most positive attitude you can maintain is one that demonstrates your awareness of how lovely and precious you are.
This does not mean have a big head.
It calls for humility, act with discretion, be generous of spirit, be gentle and kind, practice assertiveness (not aggression or uberpassiveness) Know that the media image of "beauty" (what we see on tv etc. is a myth. Nothing comes to us on tv or in the mags that is'nt airbrushed, altered or hiding flaws in some way.
You are beautiful as you are and you do not need a man to make you a valuable person, but love for fellow humans enriches our lives and if you wait for a mate who is your equal, then all the better.

I cannot speak for men as I am a woman and have lived as a woman only. Therefore, here are five things I can say to you as a young woman which I wish someone told me:
1. Never take one ounce of sh!t from a man. Give then an inch and they'll take a mile.
2. Pursue your own goals with steely determination.
3. Know thyself. Truly know your likes and dislikes. Remember them. Be true to them.
4. Turn your back on toxic people. Don't waste your time on misery.
5. Remember that life goes in cycles. Good follows bad but then good follows again. Nothing lasts forever.
The "...lady in public..." saying is irrelevant. Be who you are at all times. Don't be something you're not and you cannot go wrong.

First, we must know the importance of attitude. It is important to remember attitude is everything. Attitude, whether positive or negative, shows in our daily lives. Many people say attitude is more important than experience or education. They often use attitude as the tiebreaker between two equally qualified candidates.
We cannot change the past or how others act, but we can change our reactions and attitude. A positive attitude is a vital asset at any time. We must portray a positive attitude as we present ourselves.
Secondly, we must take responsibility for our attitude as well as actions. This will give us strength and control during time of change. Prior to a change, most people are comfortable because the situation is familiar. When situations change, we may experience feelings of fear, anger, sadness, resistance, as well as relief, hope, or excitement.
What we do with these feelings is what makes the difference. We are expressing similar sentiments with respect to the current state of affairs in our country. For instance, the current stabilization and adjustment measures that is in place to revive the flagging economy, the reduction in employees wages, stabilization levy, hike in gas prices and tax on public utilities.
There are discussions on reducing the current parliamentary structure and representatives on the Island. I must admit that I am a strong advocate of that move. William James, the father of modern psychology said, “The most important discovery of our time is that we can alter our lives by altering our attitudes”.
When we are able to find something positive or see possibilities, we will have energy and motivation. Many of us are on the verge of losing homes, cannot afford to pay the mortgages on time and sadly do not receive salaries on time as well. Many take sides and will continue to do so, in blaming one side or the other for the island’s current state of affairs.
It is paramount that, if we learn to manage our attitude, we will not feel paralyzed, and potential benefits will follow:
- We will be able to secure assistance with a positive attitude;
Our self-esteem and productivity in both the private and public sectors will increase;
- We can and must be a role model for our children and others, for our future and hope now lies in the hands of our youths; and
- We will have more energy to pursue our goals and dreams.
Thirdly, we must act to create our own future. A positive attitude will help us create our future instead of being held back by allowing negative feelings to affect our attitude and behavior. A positive attitude must be that centerpiece. Choosing or exhibiting the right attitude is critical to Dominica’s success and the Integrated Development Plan, if there is going to be one? Life offers many possibilities to people with positive attitudes. A positive attitude can enable us as a people to:
. Eliminate corruption and bring honor and dignity to the Dominican people and government;
. More vigorously enforce our laws;
. Bring stability and development as a nation;
. Bring a sense of security to tourist who visits our shores by getting rid of the so-called hoola gangs that plague the streets of our capital and major tourism attractions on the island;
. Promote freedom of the press and print media without fear of victimization and/or governmental interference;
. Return governing of the nation to the people;
. Entrust Dominica to Dominicans;
. Learn new skills;
. Revitalize;
. Privatize;
. Consolidate and restructure ;
. Reevaluate our goals;
. Follow the dreams we have always had; and . Take risks

Positive Attitude: Love yourself. A strong sense of self-esteem. Self empowerment. Belief in your own abilities.
Negative Attitudes: Do not listen to the advertising and mass-fashion industries that promise to "make you look better". You look just fine the way you are.

Just be who you are. You can't take lessons in pleasing people and hope to become to be the bestest, most greatest and most wonderfullest gosh-terriffic person in the whole big wide world this way. You will learn that others either will accept you for who you are or else not accept you for who you are. You can't slip on a 'personality style' as you would a pair of pantyhose. As Shakespeare wrote: 'to thine own self be true'.

It is very important to know what's IMPORTANT, REAL IMPORTANT.
Be yourself and try to act like a human being; God gave you everything you need, you have to learn to use your mind and body as someone special in HIS eyes. You'll find REAL LOVE if you really want real love.Did you see that I've written REAL, that means there is false important things,false love...You have to try to understand that God created you with a purpose, to be really happy and for that you have to search HIM because only those that are searching with all their heart will find HIM.
Do not forget that the most important human being from planet Earth is Jesus's Mother, she lived to be an example for all women. Are the women watching Her example...I don't think so.
We are messed up, we don't understand a lot of things and we choose what's easier...that doesn't mean it is something ok for us. My dear if you'll pray you'll find the best teacher in the universe that will give you the best answers, the answers that you didn't dream to find...take good care of your soul! See you!
I hope you'll find interesting what's written here!
