Well, try to have some time for yourself, do something that makes you proud of yourself and satisfied inside, for example clean your room, do a peice of job that you wanted to do and did not have time before, do some creative thing like cooking or sewing or whatever makes you feel efficient..write down your goals, short term or long term and try to accomplish what you really want.and love your family and have good friends.try to involve in some sort of sport.have a hot shower and a good night sleep.

Preethi, Think those people who have not having food to eat, shelter to live. We are much better. There are some personal things, where we can't be happy. But always think there is a better tomorrow for every one. Try to read some thing thought provoking or see so comedy movie or do some thing you really enjoy like, go for walk, talk to friends, play with small kids, listen to good music. Do good things, you can do for others however small it may be.

Tension has become a part of life in the present day life. But, let us always keep ourselves on guard against overreacting to the situations. You must find time to relax yourself and to contemplate on your thoughts. Practise yoga and meditation which will give you certain relief.

It is upto the person how he retaliates and reacts.
This is my personal experience, whenever I try to help others and sort out their problems I get a feeling that my day is done.
Therefore if u help others little and get a smile on their face you will find the happiness from within.

if u do whatever u are doing in ur life wholeheartedly.. u will be happy irrespective of the outcome..
but, if u haven't done it with ur whole heart.. then u will always feel a sense of incompleteness and that leads to unhappiness..
