How does diversity benefit white nations?

I always hear phrases like "diversity is great" or "our diversity is our strength", but I have never heard anyone actually give any tangible benefits of diversity. However, I can list dozens, if not hundreds of ways diversity harms our societies and I have all the statistics and all of human history to back up my claims. These include an increase in crime rates, greater balkanization, an increase in government welfare and social spending, an increase in taxes to pay for the welfare and social programs, a less civilized and unified culture, and a decrease in education standards, just to name a few.

So, if diversity is so wonderful, then what are it's tangible benefits that will compensate for it's great costs? Other than better food, I can't think of any, and I have never heard anyone be able to list any.

Also, if diversity is sooo great, then why do we have to pass laws to force people to be diverse, and why do we need constant propoganda and political correctness supporting it? If it really was that great, wouldn't people naturally become diverse?

And if diversity is soooooo great, then why has diversity always been a destabilizing factor in every society it has been tried in throughout human history? Hmmmmm?

the thing is that diversity is not only a black and white thing diversity also includes how we are different within groups for example the football team we choose to support and white nations have always been diverse from roman invasions, American Indians, aboriginal people in Australia, slavery and from empire building. diversity is not a new thing. a society with little cultural diversity can become stagnant and inward looking. diversity brings us greater choice and connection and understanding not only in the food we eat but new ways of looking at things new perspectives and different viewpoints. as a world we are becoming more connected for example globalization and the Internet so it is important that a nation is diverse to move forward. some of the arguments you have made above for example education standards are not really connected to diversity.
its important to see both the advantages and disadvantages of diversity before you can make an un-bias desission on it.
