Why is the UK criminal justice system such a complete and utter joke? Please read the following 2 cases.?

1) A solicitor was jailed last year for 2 years because he failed to tell the authorites about a suspicious property transaction, he was a qualified solicitor and posed absolutely no threat to the public.

2) Another man helped in the beating to death of a student during a street brawl and his sentence in prison was 3 YEARS.

Maybe they should have an open day where British people people who are suffering from criminals roaming our streets who should be in prison can be allowed to kick these judges right up their cracks for incompetence and not be penalised for it.

Children in the state of New Hampshire are being raped and sodomized repeatedly by grown men and are getting PROBATION!

In one case last year, a man was sentenced to 60 days for repeatedly molesting a 4-year-old over a period of 2 years. Under national public pressure, he recalled the sentence and awarded the guy 3 years.

Recently, another judge gave another man probation for repeatedly molesting little girls.

Here's another one charged with molesting 2 12-year-olds and possibly getting out on low bail. He only confessed to these two after other victims had come forward.

because of the stupid people bringing in regulations about human rights!! also the reason such stupid crimes take position is because we do no longer have a nationwide provider to type the idiots out!! television and media have shown how people were badly dealt with through the police or had the incorrect punishment which has compelled the police to be lenient and too careful over how they communicate to or manage anybody.

LOL kick em in their cracks!!!! I absolutely agree I have heard may stories like this. It doesn't help when our prisons are over crowded with the wrong kind of criminal as you stated but also people immigrants come over here, commit crimes and then we throw them in our prisons, why? I think punishment for people like that should be to send them and their families home!!!! The whole thing is a joke!

I think the UK is a dying nation, as The Kinks proclaimed in their incredible B-side "Living on a Thin Line." Hopefully, the United States will not sink in to the degeneracy and utter chaos that the liberals are promoting. Also, have you noticed that America is making the same mistakes the U.K. made prior to the muslim infestation of their country? These clowns are allowed to build mosques with government money as their punk kids are educated on our dime.
