i dont see why not...as a matter of fact my mom met her best friend at 32 and they are still great friends...peoples lives change and someone you may have had as a best friend before might no longer be at your same level and so things may not work out...but there are other people in the world at your level so making another best friend or more friends to get together is far from the impossible...good luck!

yes it can i have done it and I have two new best friends for life, don't be shy, find someoen that has some interest that are the same as yours, join clubs etc to find friends you never know you will find them at the least likely places

yeah sure why not. If the people interact and have good conversations I dont see why they couldnt be good close friends.
