Your current CM Nitish is doing a good job, he has an Herculean task ahead of him. He should be helped by like minded citizen concerned about a better Bihar. To assist him what he can do is round up all the goondas in Bihar and throw them in jail, till the old generation passes and the new breed, wants better governance.
