yes diminish the roll of the US, make all seats revolving...no permanent members and those countries who cant follow directions (The US) should be banned from partaking for a length of time. The UN is fine its the corrupt rogue nations who are the problems.

Nope since countries continue to go against their resolutions and others don't respect the UN and even make fun of them : The US for instance.
