"white out" or "liquid paper" will cover it up. nothing will remove it from paper

One wonders at the myriad uses for an ink-removing substance, but in the hope that you're not going to take your name off an IOU or a contract, the cheapest hairspray containing lacquer and alcohol, like Final Net, dissolves ink. Spray it heavily on the area, wait for it to soak in, and then blot the dissolved excess. This is the method I use to get ink out of white cotton fabric. I would try it on a piece of paper similar in composition to the one you wish to clean.

I've never heard of such a product. I have heard of Acme Disappearing, Reappearing Ink, but that was in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Try alcohol. Apparently, it removes ink from cloth.

bleaching powder made into paste and rub over the ink. take care to avoid smudging and spoiling the paper.

Take a pencil eraser and lick it then rub it on the ink like you would it it was lead and it will come up.
