Do squats and calf workouts. Drink lots of milk lol. yet calfs are maximum necessary while it comprises leaping larger. while you're 5' 10 you ought to have the skill to the touch the rim hassle-free after understanding for a month. And take protein of a few variety. i'm 5' 5 and that i will touch the rim.

As a basketball player, when you put on alot of weight you need to continue to go to the courts. At least to exersice and see if you can maintain the weight. Gaining weight is also good if you can turn it into muscle. Try leg lifts, squats, leg presses, calf raises, sit-ups, and also jump rope and try jogging. This will build your cardio and help you maintain the weight. I promise you that not only will you be touching rim, you will be faster, and stronger than ever before.

I don't have amazing hops but I am 6'3'' and can throw it down.
Even put one down in traffic the other day. Got my guy off his feet at the three-point line.. dripple, two steps, and a clean flush with the help side defender about half a second late.
White boy... BALLIN!
