Try Syd Alwi Road near Mustaffa shopping centre. Lots of hotels with vegetarian food nearby.

On upper scale, try 'the Marriott', corner of Scotts and Orchard. Budget scale, try 'the Inn at the Temple Street' in China Town.

good hotels- oriental hotel, hilton hotel, four season hotel,fullerton hotel, raffles hotel, pan pacific hotel...inter continental hotel has got a gd chinese restaurant there,,, but no idea if it serves vegetarian food.
