if your good be good 100% if your bad, be bad 100 %

What it means to me is that: if your going to be good and go to heaven be the purest soul you can be, if your going to be bad and go to hell be the blackest soul you can be. Don't do any thing half way. Like that other guy said give it 100% either way.

Well the fork thing is to me that your goose is cooked. The purest wings I'm labouring with

I thought about it and I'm pretty sure it's referring to PITCHfork. So have the purest angel wings or the best devil pitchfork, yeah? It means if you're going to do something (whatever it is, whether it be killin a guy or building a house for someone), do it the BEST.

It sounds as if the person who said it assumes in both cases that one's actions determine where one ends up, and that one can get into heaven on personal merit.

According to the Bible, God doesn't "let" you into heaven based on good behaviour (otherwise the Pharisees--people who took exceptional care to follow all the rules perfectly--would not have been openly condemned by Jesus variously as "brood of vipers", "whitewashed tombs, full of uncleaness", "hypocrites" etc. etc.!), but based on the substitutionary sacrifice of his Son, to exchange the debt of your sin which you could never pay off, for His perfect payment on the cross ("the wages of sin is death").

Fun quote, but ultimately misleading.

I think it kind of like saying
It's a long way to heaven but only three short steps to hell.

Or
No matter which way you go it's going to be a contest to see who's better.Survival of the fittest type of thing.

sorry i believe in reality,. though there are unexpected yet unexplained happenings... just for me, heavens are place for goodness and purity that only explains that you have been good and the feeling of being well accepted... while hell is define for me a place what other people's think they don't wanted or unacceptable.

it also uses to scare of have people patience, humbleness and many other things to be nice so we wont go to hell that they say hot, burning, and all about suffering and paying things you've done bad. there are just actions that even we hate it,. all i think is 'it does exist' and just have to be accepted...

though, if it really exists like the one i said,.. is i just have to accept it,.. i don't think it is planned. nor decided by God..

cuz people always reasons God out,. whether happiness, and problems and death or even accidents happens,. all reasons out god's fault to face challenge... if god loves his people, i don't think he would plan of something for us to suffer...

if you intend to be a good guy, just learn to exude what is expected to be...being nice is the hardest endeavor of all...you must have enough patience and undersytanding of all the people you mingle with

on the other hand, putting yourself in trouble entails you to be more keen as well as more foolish...hell is a dungeon of foolish and bad guys...each of them are enemies therefore you must be the worst of all so as not to be trampled by others....you cannot trust a person like you bec you know he may outwit you...

well i dont have anymore to say..it's just my wild opinion...

just a metaphor to tell you not to do anything half-assed. it means that no matter what you do...you should either go for broke or don't bother. doesn't actually have to do with heaven or hell. haha i like it
