Just hang in there with high school and pay attention in classes and get your diploma... It will save you some time. A GED doesn't look as good as a diploma, even if it's an equivalent document. A diploma shows that you have commitment to your projects and will see something through; a trait that many employers will value. And if you drop out, you may be missing a few credits from high school that you'll need to make up before being able to go to college or whatever the next step is for you... It's easier to just get those credits for free now instead of having to pay for it later.

Also, if you do drop out you might try looking into the Job Corps. It's a government funded school that you attend that will give you vocational training, such as nursing (if you're into helping people out at hospitals), landscaping, architecture, and seamanship. They offer a huge variety of programs, just something to look into... It's free, too.

It depends on the types of jobs that you are thinking about applying for. I think that any job that you apply for will 'accept' your application but the question that you have to ask yourself is will your lack of a HSD make you more or less likely to be the best person for the job.
If this is a serious question, you really should (if at all posssible) reconsider your decision to drop out of school. Your question contained quite a few things that will distract people from your intelligence.

a GED is like a diploma. Don't worry. Apply 10 jobs, you'll get at least one. if not then 20 jobs, if then then 30. Good luck.
