pick up a Dischage CD and relive the past my friend.
You're not going to get violence or chaos out of todays emotionally vacuous and apathetic teenagers, they spend too much time emoting and so very little time actually feeling anything besides, getting angry about something, anything would involve them becoming informed and having to do that "reading stuff" or worse yet having to form an opinion instead of having one handed to them by the media or at Hot Topic where they get their "packaged rebellion uniforms". I don't think anyone under the age of 30 these days has the intellect to realise what it is that's going on around them or, has the capacity within themselves to put forth the effort to stand up and speak their minds. People get angry and violent when they get fed up with what's being forced upon them, socially, politically, etc todays youth aren't even smart enough to figure out who or what's manipulating them and even if you had a band that was a rallying point or focus for them you'd have to constantly spoon feed the idiot fans to keep them involved. Todays youth are cattle that want to follow the herd to the slaughter, they get what they deserve, music as empty and pointless as they are. They're pretty...pretty vacant...va C unts.

companies like Clearchannel Communications and Infinity Broadcasting have offered lots of the radio stations interior the U.S. and are homogenizing rock song. that's why lots of the songs on radio sound comparable, and why you think of My Chemical Romance is punk. Punk has an truly anti-company mentality and, for this reason, isn't radio friendly. that's nonetheless available, yet you need to look for it. you will no longer discover punk bands signed to a considerable label or enjoying on the bubblegum spectacular 40 station that's gifting away front-row tickets to the drawing near H.I.M. stay overall performance. yet placed forth the attempt to look for the self reliant artists, the team practising in a storage and enjoying in dank holes-in-the-wall and residing on bologna sandwiches, because of the fact they are those keeping rock alive. And do a splash study. hit upon the origins of the punk scene, England's to boot as usa's. The intercourse Pistols, The conflict, The Damned, The Ramones, The Germs, Black Flag, The Minutemen, lifeless Kennedys, concern, undesirable Brains, Agent Orange, The Vandals, Husker Du. those bands are worth looking into.

Chaos--and violence
is a little like ignorance
it NEVER truly goes away---it's there-- just under the surface--waiting for another opportunity to surface !!
Most of the Punk Stars have all married, put on suits, and are running a daily to-do list of one kind or another and doing their dead level best not to see their children grow up to produce or patronize Rap !!!!

Go to London. You'll find true punks. By the way, punk is not a music genre. It's an ideology. A principle. A lifestyle. IT'S IN TH' BLOOD!!! ANARCHY!!!
i'M not a punk though. But I studied punks in sociology. They believe in anarchy as the best form of society.
In my case, I would say, the way to the future is to go PROGRESSIVE: PROGRESSIVE METAL!!!
