Leechers are people that just come get the music and leave without allowing the music to upload. Seeders let the song sit a while after it has finished downloading. That's why the more seeders a song has the faster it will download.

A leecher is someone who hasn't yet completed the download of the file. Seeds are people have the complete download of the file.
So here is the idea. You have 2 mb of a 5 mb file. You then see that you are now uploading to another person. Congradulations you are a leecher.
If you have the whole file you are a Seeder. Being that you have the whold file for which someone doesn't have to be qued to another seeder to d/l the rest. Leachers don't. Once a you obtain the data you needed from a leecher you then are moved on to the next person with the need data.

A seed is a person who has 100% of the file and is just making it available for others.
A leecher is someone who does not yet have 100% but will still be uploading the parts that they do have.
So the higher these numbers the more people are exchanging the parts of the file and, in theory, the faster your download will be.

leechers are ppl that are downloading and they have partially the file
seeders are the ppl that have finished dowloading all the file

Seeders are people with full file
leechers are people with partial files.
so basically you are downdoading from both, however the more seeders the faster your download is cause they have full file.
same applies for videos, games, Music, etc...
