Yes, and no. Every computer inside of a private network has to have a unique IP address. Every computer on the Internet or on WANs also have to have unique IP addresses as well. However, a group of computers inside of one private network might have the same IP addresses as a group of computers inside of another private network.

of course and thats how they can detect from where Virus's are sent and from where Hacker's are working

also they may know your exact location from your IP address

Yes they do. If they happen to get the same ip, then you have ip conflics..
