I mean they go to the bathroom they wash. not wipe with paper towel. they shower twice a day. and the wash five times or more.

Yes, they are cleaner than most people, because they wash five times a day before they pray and most Muslim countries use water spray hose attached to the toilet and paper towel to clean after they use the bathroom, unlike western countries they only use paper towel.

Islam teaches good and proper values concerning cleanliness. Hygiene and sanitation is very important to muslim people, so your answer is Yes, most muslim people are exceptionally clean.
But, I'm sure there are exceptions just the same as there are in all cultures. Some individuals may set a bad example by failing to abide by the otherwise beneficial teachings of their faith. But no-one should ever stereotype based on a few bad apples or the prejudice of others.

In practice some are probably cleaner than others, just like any other group of people. Where water is scarce, 'cleaning' with sand or dry soil is considered acceptable. (This is not unique to Muslims but a common habit among desert people.)

Reflect upon this.. A Muslim has to pray 5 times a day.. In order to that he has to do ablution and not break it Ofcourse otherwise he'd have to

Now if he doesn't have Wudhu ( haven"t done Ablution or has impurified himself for example " Passing Gas " ) his prayers ( Salah ) wouldn't be counted without having done ablution & if the prayers aren't counted then that means if he doesn't do ablution, he doesn't pray.. & If he doesn't pray.. He isn't Muslim since " Muslim " means to have " Islam " just like how " Muktab " means office since office has " Kitab ( Books ) " in it or " Munafiq " means hypocrite since he has " Nifaq ( Hyocrisy ) " and in order to be " Muslim ( Have Islam ) ".. One must follow the 5 pillars of Islam which is 1) Shahadah ( Testimony ) 2) Salah ( Prayers , 5 daily prayers ) 4) Sawm ( Fasting..as in Ramadhan Days ) 4) Zakah ( Alms Giving, 2.5% yearly) 5) Hajj ( 1ce in a lifetime ) but if he doesn't pray, he wouldn't be fullfilling number #2

we're cleaner than u ofcourse , we shower alot & we have to wash our arms , feet . faces , 5 times at least per day before we can stand infront of God in our prayer .
