My best friend is a guy, we have been friends for 21 yrs we met in high school and have been friends ever since. We do everything together, we go to clubs. we go to dinner. we go to football games, we do everything. When my grandmother died he stood by my side, and when my husband died he was there. He was so amazing, and wonderful. When he got his divorce I was there for him also, his wife said she felt like he was married to me more than her. Now I am in love with him, and I love him very,very much. About 2 yrs. ago we kissed and it was wonderful, now everytime he brings me home he kiss me on my forhead. I tell him that I am dating but I am not, I am saving myself for him. I love him so much, and I am trying to do everything to win his heart.

well, a a a why exactly did you tell him you are dating someone else? Do you want him to date other persons too? Just tell him, kiss him, and get married. Life is so short, and you got a second chance. USE IT. BE HAPPY.

If the Question is "am I in love with my best friend"? I think the answer is yes.And i dont understand why you should lie to your best friend about dating.Why you should continue kissing for two years?He is free you are free,open up,tell him what you feel for him before someone else tell him how he feels for him.

I belive that you have a true friend ship, and you have no need to win his heart. he has already given it to you. Love is not a game. Love is something that God has speiclay created. you both know each other well...that is awesoeme that you have stayed friends for such a long period.
