BBQ sauce is the universal food item. I use it instead of ketchup. I like KC Masterpiece. But I usually buy Aldis generic which isn't too bad. My food budget is very small. If I want the best BBQ sauce I make my own.

Kraft????? Barf, Barf, GAG!! Moved from the land of mustard base, and vinegar base (South East) to KC. Do you think I like BBQ Sauce? Planning to move to Memphis next, LOL. Debating which type of barbecue is best is riskier than debating which religion will get you into heaven. Famous Daves Devil Spit is pretty good, Maurice Bessinger's is a pretty good mustard base, and actually KC Masterpiece isn't too bad, although the really good stuff doesn't get out of KC! The Original Juan makes a couple of pretty fair ones. I have dozens of recipies for different types that run backward circles around ANYTHING in a bottle, though.
BTW for the uninitiated, if you are ever in KC order some Burnt Ends. :-P~~~

I LOVE it. Brands...I don't know. Um there is this place in San Antonio called uhhh Casey's I think and their sauce is pritti bomb. I don't think any store-brand sauce matches the fresh-made stuff.
