most of trojans can be removed by antispyware. try free one, spybot search and destroy:

I use AVG AntiVirus, MCAfee Firewall, Antivirus, Anti Spyware, Absolute Internet Eraser and Spybot SD... all of them are good,.
with the anti viruses, so far effective for me..
with internet eraser, good also as it automatically deletes things i dont need that are from net. and even block pop ups.
i am not sure if they would truly block all bad elements in the internet but i make sure they are updated and my pc is scanned and clean.
if those wont work, maybe you should back up one by one, as in each files,. not select all to avoid hidden viruses like trojans and worms...
you can reformat. i think. hope would help...

I use Avast and it is free. It does a great job and have used it for years, and it provides real time scanning. There is a Free Virus Scan on their Homepage that will scan your computer and help you get rid of it. AFTER you do the scan, download their free program. Go to,

Install 'a squared', AVG anti spyware,
Spybot Search and Destroy ....update them then run them all after you have run your antivirus.
