20 GB Ipod shows depleted battery charging, it doesn't seem to be moving up.. then shows big apple icon, then the ipod sad face, then shuts off. I have to reset it just to turn it back on to the charging screen. I can't factory restore it either because Itunes doesn't recornize it at all. nothing of the computer does. Help anyone???????

You may have one of the Faulty batch of iPod's(Apple Has acknowledged).
Sad face = System Failure!!
Return with Packaging and documentation to Outlet where purchased-Or go to an Apple Retail Outlet.
They are good for Guarantee Issues!

mine does this all the time when the battery is completely dead. you may have to plug it into the charger for a few minutes before it will get enough power in it to even turn back on again

why spend money on an ipod when you can get it for free? just go to this site and complete a few quick tasks and they'll send you one!
