Time travel is impossible. To do it, one would have to travel faster than the speed of light. Einstein and Hawking have proven that to be impossible. How can one bug alter the future? A bird eats a bug. Said bug provides energy to said bird to fly a little further than it would have without it. Said bird joins a flock. Said flock is startled out of the bush. Dick Cheney shoots at said bird and blasts a man in the face. One bug has caused a worldwide newsflash and nearly caused the death of a man. I just can't entertain the Superman question. Are you 12?

The superman movies are fantasy.

Even if one could reverse the rotation of the earth like superman did, it would not mean that time would start going backwards. All it would do is cause destruction on a massive scale from the oceans sloshing around and weather patterns being screwed up.

of course we can time travel! someone needs to fly around the Earth in the opposite direction at the speed of light! Then we can go back into time.

Ohh my boyfriend could tell you all bout this, he's researched it till he's blue in the face! He says you can't travel back in time, it's impossible, but you CAN travel to the future, but it's nearly impossible, you would need an unimaginable amount of energy, much more than we can obtain with our resources now.
