About 25. Female's breasts can continue to grow well after they reach their peak height. My girlfriend, when she was 18 felt the same time, she had a B cup... She's now 22 and a full D and still getting bigger. Another solution is just be happy with what you have :) A lot of things can go wrong with breast implantaion/augmentation... Watch a documentary on it, before you make your final decision! (Discovery and The Learning Channel are good for having them every so often)

When you are old enough to know what really goes on during implantation surgery, you are ready to really suffer for weeks, take the risk of serious and sometimes fatal infection and have thousands of dollars to pay for the procedure.

i would deffinatly say after you have all the kids you plann on having , your breasts change alot when you are pregnate, and i wouldnt want my money to go down the drain, i have considerd a lift but i am going to wait till im about 30 im 24 now

it isnt safe til you are about 25... but smaller breast are the new "hot" thing
