Women with a pleasant, stable personality. Intelligence is a nice plus; a good sense of humor is as well. But really the first thing is the most important factor. Sadly, it's a rare trait among many western women.

Depends on the man. To sum it up I guess most men want to date the women that brings to their lifes what they are missing. Career guys probably want the traditional wife who takes care of house and children and your Kevin Federline type of guy prolly wants a girl who brings home some moola and then there are those concerned about divorce who want a woman which earns as much as he does, but then she aint that interested in him anymore. So sad.
