Affordable Mineral Makeup is great.
Mineral makeup is the most natural form of makeup available. They are crushed minerals from the earth that have been through a purification process to insure highest quality and blended into various beautiful shades. Mineral makeup has been around for thousands of years, used even by the early Egyptians as makeup. Mineral makeup powders range from being matte to highly lustrous.
Affordable Mineral makeup contain no dyes, irritants, preservatives, waxes, mineral or petroleum oil, or fillers. The powders are loose and buff easily into the skin.
It is very easy to apply, gives you a natural sunscreen, fabulous coverage, and is long-lasting.
It covers well, is non greasy, and it doesn't feel like you are wearing makeup at all.

I would suggest MAC's Studio Fix compact. It goes on light like a powder, but offers amazing coverage and staying power. I tried the liquid Studio Fix first and although the coverage was great, it tended to rub off too easily. But the powder version ROCKS!!

I really love Bare Escentuals mineral makeup, it's weightless and it's so light, I dont really feel like there is anything on my skin. oh, and i'm 28, and definitely starting to notice signs of aging too. i've tried a bunch of high end brands, as well as drugstore stuff, and for my problem skin (acne, rosacea, oil, AND wrinkles/dry skin, lol), they pretty much all suck.

I use Mary Kay in medium coverage because I have oily skin, and it looks natural and prevents shine.
