I imagine that it does to a degree. The stress of the pace of life can age you and there are more free radicals in the air from the pollution which contributes to ageing and wrinkles.

There is no Yes or No answer to this question unless hard statistics per urban location in the world are made available.
You also need to factor in changing landscapes where rural areas are becoming urban and the migration of people from one country to another, all contributing to the diverseness of the statistics.
If world trends are anything to go by, people are expected to live longer everywhere except the Sub-Saharan region where millions are dying partly due to the AIDS/HIV epidemic.

people who live in big cities have a little bit shorter of a life expectancy due to pollution
but it's really up to the individual and how he/she leads their lives in my opinion

Good question.
I could definitely see why it would...
more pollution
lots of stress
running around everywhere
hm...
You should be able to figure this out by asking a life insurance agent -- they have all kinds of statistics on when people die.
