I'm trying to learn how to grow all my produce. Is this possible? I live in an area where people grow from Spring thru Fall till the first frost. Summers here are VERY hot. What veggie should I not grow?

actually, if you want to go to the trouble and expense, there is nothing you cannot grow, any time.

the catch is you have to be willing and able to fork out the bucks or do the work that will keep the greenhouse a consistent temperature, it should fall at night, but not by a whole lot, different varieties of plants vary in their requirements. you may not be able to grow sun loving plants in the winter, unless you want to use grow lights. you will need a way to control how much sun things get, and ways to control temperature, automatic ones being best as i am sure you cannot be there 24\7 to tend to it. in the summer, you might need to partially screen out some of the sun, and cool the green house. just all depends on how far you are willing to go with it.
