By law all companies in the US are required to send them out postmarked by the end of January. You should have them all within 7-20 days into February - if not you MUST contact the HR departments at each of the locations you worked.

Wait just a few more days. The deadline to mail them out is at the end of the month. You may have someone who does not send them until the last minute.

Well techniquily they have untill the 31st to get them to you, however you might start talking to your boss on when they are going to be out. If you have left an employment for any reason you might want to call them to see if it is in the mail yet and make sure they have your correct address.

If your most recent pay stub, reflects your current address you have to wait. Legally a company has until Jan. 31 to send out the W-2's. If your address is incorrect, you will need to contact your payroll dept. and submit your current address.

call the places you worked for and ask them what is going on but do not worry most places get them out before the end of febuary. remember they have to pay taxes on you as well and federal law requires them to send them to you. try to be a little more patient
