I'm 20. I got fired from X Bank today.
If I apply at Y and Z banks, will they find out about my termination from X Bank even if I don't tell them?

It's best to be honest up front. If they find out after they hire you, they'll fire you.

if you included your work history in the application, then y and z bank will check the legitimacy of your experience. if you get fired due to non serious things like tardiness, absenteeism, usually the bank will not harm your future career outside. when they call for reference, all they inform is your working habit and that depend on your evaluation filed for record keeping.

but if you got fired for stealing, embezzlement, counterfeiting, fraud trafficking, kiting, inside trading, insubordination, among other serious offense, you will be black listed cause you already have a record, a "nuisance to the society".

plus working for the bank is strict now these days, you have to have the drug test to check if you are hooked up with substance that makes you as bad influence, they also check your credit history, they take your finger print so you will be able to qualify for the bond.

but if you got fired for petty things, just be honest and tell the truth, that will lead you to a much better way, clean conscience is better than anything else.

Eventually yes. In my country if a person is fired from a bank, usually their face would be advertised in the newspaper. It's bad publicity I must say.

if you got fired for dishonesty then you will probably have to disclose this to the new bank on the application/interview. chances are they are going to find out anyway especially if they are in close vicinity to each other. people talk and everyone knows someone who knows someone.

Maybe, it depends on what you were fired for.... even if they do find out i am sure it just depends on the why? i mean thats a big factor of your question that you did not mention.
