if you mean somebody with extra super powers,it is all a myth and mankind developed such stories for the imaginary and psychological satisfaction of our mind.but the possibility of a super mind cant be ignored .our brain contains billions of neurons each one is working as a micro chip in function.according to scientific understanding ,an average brain consists of billions of such biological microchips ,which could be utilized for different intelectual and functional purposes.but we never use even .0001 percentage of our brain power throughout our life activities ,when its actual potential and magnitude is enarmous.may be nature itself restricted to such a use ,curtailing the activities with human emotions.world might be a differant place ,if such people with enarmous brain capacity start functioning.i think nature itself made it restricted to avoid a calamity in human race with such super brains , which might have resulted the final castastrophical end of universe. people having such a potential brain may find it difficult to cope with a normal social life existing and their extra potentiality may create conflicts with the social life and systems. certain type of madness (where we are calling)may be the result of such genius nature. but in biological activities nobody can attain physicaly oriented super powers.it is against the law of nature which designated certain limitation to human race. but fantasy and myths should remain in life for our imaginary pleasure and we should evaluate such things accordingly while assessing super powers. the main factor is we should not be mislead by quaks those who are claiming super powers.
