I wanted to know if any middle school custodians had any inside scoop about middle schoolers. What do you think of them? What do you observe? How do you think one can gain their trust? What do you find that is most important to them? What values do they have? How would you manage them in a classroom? What do you wish teachers would do? What do you appreciate that teachers or students do? Any insight?
