I read it last week from one site,he said he is a very rich businessman from Dubai and now sick with cancer and have only few months to live,he has already distributed some of his wealth and riches to some institutions and still he is needing somebody to help him to withdraw his account from the bank of England about some 50 million pounds,
I only wonder why there are people like this? and my question is ; what are their purposes for doing this?The whole universe is very big, I believe even how wealthy he is, his wealth and riches is not even enough if he will give it to the needy,why do he have to look for somebody to help him to withdraw his money? he even have a picture in the hospital for the people to believe him.

It is VERY SIMPLE.
He is not rich !, He is not dying of Cancer,! He is trying to separate you from your money because THIS IS A SCAM. !!!!
It is a Variation of the "NIGERIAN LETTER"
Stay out of it.

Look at scamorama.com . At some point he'd want money sent and the amount would be so tiny compared to what you're getting you just have to send it Western Union to this person who is not him and e-mail with confirmation. It's a scam.
