Yes, find another group working there. I've seen some police trainers on the news. There is being a Haliburton truck driver. Also Bush proposed a civilian reserve in the State of the union speech, but it hasn't started yet. It is dangerous.

Yes, there are charitable organizations sending people to help (where it's relatively safe) and some private companies hiring to do construction and so on. Sorry I don't have more specific information than that right now, but if you Google a bit you can probably find some leads.

you can either go it alone and do what you can by yourself.
you can try searching for NGOs such as the red cross etc. that may be able to get you out there.
depending on your skills and expertise it is your choice.
however if you want to be doing the same job as the military security etc and want to carry a weapon then the military may be your only option.

it depends on what your skills are and what you want to do to help. or more importantly what you are willing to do to help.

yep--but you have to careful-i have thought of that myself--my husband is there fighting in Baghdad right now--if I were to go there--it puts both of us at risk and he wouldn't be able to do his job for our country by worrying about me.
