simply put another network card in ur pc.
connect your broadband connection to one and LAN to another.
for both cards network settings must be different ie IP addresses.
now u can access both of the network.

I did not really understand this part "having different network addresses".
Your Internet network address will always be different than your LAN address. However that does not mean you can only connect to one at a time.
If you meant that you have TWO network interface cards , one on Internet and one on LAN then you can select both Network cards from Network Connections (use Ctrl+Click) and then right-click. Then select "Bridge". That should do it, however I doubt thats the case for you.
So for all intents and purposes its best you explain further before attempting the Bridge I just mentioned. i.e. if you have one Network card then please provide more info.
Also one is not clear about this statement "both internet and LAN clients" which clients are you referring to?

You just set the default gateway to the internet address. All the LAN traffic will go to the LAN and everything else will go to the internet.

Those different network addresses need each a different network card. Do that and you won't be having any problem using them simultaneously.
