Dragons are very different in Japanese and Chinese folklore compared to European folklore, so which appeal more to you?

I like Asian dragons better. I like the design, but more than that I like that they were protectors of humans. The European dragons are a great design also, but they were something to kill because they were in the way of a princess or gold,or something like that. Asian dragons were something to cherish and look to for help/protection.

Well I like the look of European dragons however I love the attitude and the personalities of the Asian dragons. I wish there were a happy medium because I think that would be really cool. I don't think dragons were evil, just misunderstood like most things nowadays. That's human behaviour though, don't understand it, then fear it, then hate it.

I love all dragons, but I have a tattoo of a Chinese dragon on my ankle that I've had for 10 years and absolutly love! And I have a cat named Dragon!

The Celtic European Dragons. but I'm prejudice as that is part of my linage. They were worshiped as wise beings. .and older than Mankind.But its hard to tell the benevolent ones from the human hater ones.
The Asian myths say that the world was created by a seven headed Dragon . And you can Tell the nature of them by their color.

I like european dragons more and I don't think they're mindless killing machines. I think they are seriously misunderstood.

European dragons are my favorite. they look cool, they are active creatures, they breath fire and seem intelligent in many movies!
Asian dragons are cool tattoo dragons - ah - but that's about it!
