Hitting, catching, throwing, running, sliding, jumping, diving. Great hand-eye coordination is a must. Depending on how old you are, you may be getting a late start and could be too far behind to have a chance. But, if you're a good athlete and pick up on things quickly, who knows? Go for it and good luck.

It depends on what you are looking to do. Good hands, good footwork, good conditioning, good eye (hitters), etc.
Pick a position and then hone the skills that are meant for that position.
Most important, work on your hitting...if you can hit, teams will find a position for you.

You must be able to run fast. You must be able to throw a ball far away. You must be able to hit a ball well at a box.
