is there anyone can tell me what is the meaning of 3 80-character lines maximum in writing ..plz ..
so 3 means the maximum line ?

in my scholarship essay it says within 250 words or less....and then it also says that 99 80 character lines maximum..

within 40 lines ..it has 645 words already..
so should i minimize it to become 250 words...
pls ..help me..

80 characters is traditionally the width of print on a page. A "character" is just a letter (or number or symbol).
