What makes you smile and feel better no matter what??

Knowing that there are still people in the world that care about others and have respect and act like human beings makes me happy, eventhough there a few, atleast there are some.
Being with my family, friends, boyfriend, and my dogs of course makes me happy because they remind me of the little things.
Being myself and relaxing and having a wonderful sunshine to look at every morning and and be able to thank God I'm alive every morning makes me completely happy and I wouldn't trade it for the world!

Just being alive and healthy. I have been in and out of the hospital all of my life and for once I have a good bill of health. I love spending time and building memories with the people that make my life worth meaning, my friends and family. I love to dance and flirt with the boys. I just try to live my life the best I can and enjoy it. Lifes too short. Theres no room to be unhappy.

being stress free. knowing that i dont have to worry about getting a huge report in or going somewhere that has to do with my grade or trying to be perfect. also listening to BRIGHT EYES. HE ALWAYS PUTS ME IN A BETTER MOOD WHEN IM VERY UPSET! like an instant stress reliever

after i explode KABOOM[not that kind]
after i get pissed off it builds then i shout cuss scream throw things,break things,tear up ****[kinda scares the people around me]
but immediately afterwords i get this druggy effect
after exploding with rage my body releases these endorphins that give me this calm "happy"sensation[feel kinda vulnerable and paranoid also but eh]
it feels damn good to release especially when you bodies natural happy drug kicks in
that makes me feel damn good
