OB/GYN vs EM?

time is ticking and I can't decide if I want to become an OB/Gyn or an emergency medicine physician...i have to map out my 4th year of medical school any day now and I CAN'T MAKE UP MY MIND!

help!

Well, that's a tough choice...both fields are so different. It's just a matter of if you want to see babies, pregnant moms, and deal with feminine issues all day, or if you want to constantly see a lot of different things (and different patients), with an unpredictable workday. Both fields have their pluses and minuses. Personally, I don't think I could stand to work OB/GYN for longer than a year...

I'm sure you will be happy with whatever field you pick!
