Agree. You can have the best intentions in the world, but it doesn't mean a thing if you don't act on it. You can make grandiose plans to replace all the belongings of a family who lost everything in a fire and do absolutely nothing. Or you can bring over a bag of clothing and some toiletries. A small gesture, but it means a whole lot more than just thinking of doing something.
